As the global brand & retail activation specialist for Ski-Doo & Lynx, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, developing and promoting the identity of our iconic products. Your expertise will be instrumental in executing marketing projects, ensuring consistent brand identity and compelling storytelling across multiple global channels. Reporting to the global brand creative lead, you will play a role in the development of brand campaigns, in the execution of product launches and last-miles retail marketing efforts.
You will ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, collaborating closely with teams such as product development, parts & accessories, apparel, connectivity, and others to align strategies and deliver cohesive brand campaigns. This role requires both a strategic and creative mindset alongside exceptional project management and communication skills to bring our vision to life. The ideal candidate will also be committed to becoming a product expert and immersing themselves in the culture surrounding our products to ensure an authentic and impactful brand presence.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Act as a project manager by leading the production of multiple original content and campaign assets that connect with the brand's vision, objectives, customer journey and aligned with business priorities;
Lead the web and CRM content production;
Key contributor in the Marcom process
Lead the last miles, dealer content and promotional assets production;
Ensure content deployment, distribution and synergy between channels;
Coordinate and support the team for all aspects of the product launch (action shoot);
Build strong connections and collaborate with key stakeholders inside the organization (multidisciplinary team, expert teams, product teams, etc..) and outside the organization (ex: partner agencies), as being the go-to expert and liaison between them and the brand for multiple projects.
Ensure all content strictly complies to Visual Brand Identity guidelines & ensure a consistent apparition of the brand throughout its global channels and funnels.
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
+5 years of experience working in marketing or communication for a brand or agency;
Strong understanding of brand marketing, content development, and digital marketing;
Proven experience in managing marketing projects, with comfort in giving/receiving constructive feedback;
Experienced in brief writing and providing clear and actionable feedback
Entrepreneurial spirit with self-motivation and strong organizational skills to manage simultaneous projects and deadlines;
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence;
Knowledge of written, video, photo, and digital production;
Proven team player capable of working across multiple partners and time zones;
A genuine passion for winter!
This role is based at our Montreal or Sherbrooke office.
