About you:

Senior Developer with Power Platform Development skills

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, build, and support applications that enhance business efficiency using Microsoft Power Platform and Office 365 technologies. This role requires a skilled developer with a strong background in building solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and other Office 365 tools, as well as web-based application development experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to meet evolving business needs.
• Integrate Office 365 applications (SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams) into cohesive solutions that improve productivity and workflow.
• Create custom workflows, forms, and dashboards using Office 365 and Power Platform tools to streamline processes and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into functional applications and solutions.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure application reliability and optimal performance.
• Document development processes and provide user support and training for implemented solutions.
• Contribute to software development projects, mainly for web applications, as part of the development team
• Support clients with their custom software, helping them resolve issues and identifying bugs, fixes, or workarounds

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years specializing in Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), with proven expertise in creating applications, workflows, and reports.
• Technical Proficiency: Minimum of 5 years in developing web-based software, with strong skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, CSS, and SQL.
• Office 365 Experience: Hands-on experience with SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other Office 365 applications.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop solutions for complex workflows and data needs.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure components and GitHub or Azure DevOps for code management and deployment.
• Experience developing or supporting solutions using Microsoft 365 applications (Power Platform: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate; SharePoint; Teams)
• Familiarity with HTML5, jQuery, React, and TypeScript for front-end development
