Position Summary: The Nordic Instructors will be providing lessons to all skill levels and ages in both private and group settings. The instructor will be required to assist in the rental area of the Nordic Center with sizing and gathering equipment for guests. The instructor will be expected to provide outstanding customer service while working together in a team setting.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide lessons in both group and private settings at all skill levels.
- Be an ambassador for Horseshoe at all times
- Assist with outside work when possible (trail work, fires, shoveling, sweeps, etc)
- Assist in the repair shop
- Assist at the rental desk
- Provide prompt, attentive, and courteous services to all guests
Qualifications:
- Must have level 1 certification (CANSI)
- Previous customer service experience
- Must be personable and have positive demeanor
