Limited competition for Northwest Territories residents only. Point of pick up locations for these positions are Yellowknife, all four Tłı̨chǫ communities, Hay River and Fort Smith, NT.


Tłı̨chǫ Logistics is 100% Indigenous owned by Tłı̨chǫ Investment Corporation. We provide Site Services Expertise, Project Management, Maintenance Service, and Labourer Personnel for our clients.

We are currently accepting applications for the following upcoming Winter Road Project positions located at the Diavik Diamond Mine Site.


Diavik WR Fuel Handler - Ref # 09.05.2024

  • Knowledge and experience working with fuel is a requirement.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence preferred.


Diavik WR Fuel Lead Hand - Ref # 09.06.2024

  • Supervisor Lever I or II Certification required.
  • First Aid Certification required.
  • Minimum 2 years' Supervisor/Lead Hand experience required.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence required.


Diavik WR Field Labourer - Ref # 09.07.2024

  • Freight handling experience required.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license required.


Diavik WR Field Marshaller - Ref # 09.08.2024

  • Must have good communication skills to be able to direct incoming vehicles.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence required.


Diavik WR Loader Operator - Ref # 09.09.2024

  • Minimum 2 years loader operating experience required.
  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence required.


All positions will require security and medical clearances for the remote camp site.


Applicants must submit the following documents with their updated resume:

  • A Clear Criminal Record Check, a Confirmed Criminal Record History, or Fingerprints Results.
  • A copy of a valid Government Issued Photo ID.


These positions require individuals with proven ability to work in a cross cultural, diverse environment demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity. Candidates must be open and flexible to perform other duties as required. The ability to speak the Tłı̨chǫ language is considered an asset.

This is seasonal employment working on a rotational schedule in a remote camp site setting; 12-hour days/nights.
