Snow Plow Operator

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

Snow Plow Drivers are responsible for clearing snow from our 13km mountain access road throughout the day and night.

THIS POSITION IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF:

• You are mechanically inclined.
• You can follow directions and work unsupervised.
• You can work in all weather conditions.
• You can work evening and overnight shifts.

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU:

• Own vehicle required to travel to and from work.
• Reliable, careful, and mature.
• Minimum Class 5 BC License with air brake endorsement, class 3 with Air Brake preferred.
• Previous snow plow operation preferred although training can be provided for the right candidate.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:

• Seasonal position, November through to mid-April.
• $26 - $31 per hour, dependent on experience.
