Nordic Ski Instructor (Cross Country) - Winter 24/25 Part Time

Currently seeking CANSI Level 1 - 3 (or international equivalent) instructors who are who are available for the full winter season (approximately the beginning of December until early April). Part-time Nordic Instructor positions are available, as well as a limited number of positions for people who are also certified to teach skiing and snowboarding.
To be considered, all applicants must submit a resume with at least two contactable references, and provide a copy of any relevant current certifications. Previous cross country instructing experience and experience working in organized settings are definite assets. A recent criminal record check is required prior to starting the first day of work.
Physical demands:
- Ability to carry 40lbs/18kg while skiing/riding
- Ability to assist a fallen skier back onto their feet
- Ability to lift 40lbs/18kg
- Ability to cross country ski for 6-7 hours a day
Pay rate:
Dependent upon certifications, starting wage of Level 1 is $20.00 per hour plus incentive bonuses
